It was for stalking, and one other felony that escapes my memory at the moment. I look at all the posts recently about supporting his wife, who was "fired for being a witch," and reflect upon what REALLY transpired. Honestly, she was a school bus driver who espoused sucking blood. I would NOT trust her around my children. And now, this fellow who "dares to be different" turns out to be a common felon.

I believe that the pagan community really needs to step back and take a good re-look at the idea of "unconditional, universal acceptance and tolerance." Too often, it means that people ignore their basic gut instincts because they don't want to appear intolerant. That's not only against common sense, it's unnatural. Nature gave us intuition for a reason, and people who proclaim to study and respect nature need to embrace that. Psychos need to be shunned, period. There's no "we have to tolerate all beliefs" about it.

I knew Bush was connected, but I didn't realize he could conjure up a hurricane!! Don't you have something constructive to do? Like donate $$ and other aid to homeless, hungry, dehydrated people? Have the "Reverends" Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton left Cindy's camp yet to lend spiritual relief to the people who really need it? I didn't think so. They can't get closeup shots in the Astrodome.

Oh, yeah, and global warming is called GLOBAL for a reason. And it's been warming up long before January 2001. So if that contributed to Katrina, you've got a long list of violators.

"As a local, I'd like to point out that the essential problems are three fold. First, The levee system was designed to withstand a CAT III storm. It could have withstood a CAT III storm, instead it got hit by a strong CAT IV, that had been CAT V just hours before landfall. Essentially, if you build your box to withstand a wood workers claw hammer, it's going to be broken by a 20 pound sledge. It's not George Bush's fault that the systems was designed for a claw hammer.

Second, it has been obvious for years that the system needed to be redesigned to withstand a CAT IV storm. George is not the first president to balk at the expense involved in a total redesign. One _could_ blame him for this, but one would really have to blame every president for the last thirty years along side of him. He just happened to be standing when the music stopped."
