I'm still reading up on this new LJ flagging function, so my opinion on the whole thing is still up in the air. The content settings option seems relatively benign, so far. The flagging part I'm looking into.

However, in the spirit of those who are voicing their thoughts on whether to exit LJ, this is clarification that I'm not going anywhere. I do have profiles elsewhere (Beliefnet, MySpace, Blogger, Vox, GreatestJournal and Facebook), but LiveJournal is, and will continue to be, my home base.
